1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Trueform Partners website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Trueform Partners provides done-for-you GoHighLevel backend systems for coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Funnel design and build within GoHighLevel
• CRM pipeline setup and configuration
• Automated SMS and email follow-up sequence creation
• Self-booking calendar integration and setup
• Workflow and automation architecture
• System audits and optimization

All services are delivered within the client's GoHighLevel account. Trueform Partners does not provide GoHighLevel subscriptions. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own GoHighLevel account and any associated platform fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is processed through Stripe. The specific payment terms, including total project cost, payment schedule, and any deposit requirements, will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice before work begins. By engaging our services, you agree to the payment terms specified in your agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of done-for-you service work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• During the build phase: Refunds are prorated based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation. Completed deliverables remain in the client's GoHighLevel account.
• After project delivery: No refunds are available once the completed system has been delivered and launched.

Digital products, guides, and educational materials are non-refundable after purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining an active GoHighLevel subscription throughout the build and support period
• Providing timely feedback and approvals during the build process
• Providing accurate business information, brand assets, and content as requested
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding their use of the delivered systems, including SMS compliance and data privacy

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom systems, workflows, and content built within their GoHighLevel account. Trueform Partners retains the right to use anonymized screenshots and general descriptions of work completed for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trueform Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Trueform Partners for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for results, revenue, or business outcomes achieved through the use of systems we build. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your marketing, pricing, service quality, and market conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
