Claire spent over two decades building and maintaining critical infrastructure systems for the U.S. power grid. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Applied Management and has over 18 years of operational experience in residential real estate.
When she retired in 2023, she saw service businesses losing revenue to the same problem she spent her career solving: systems that fail under load. Leads coming in, but no backend to catch them. Follow-up that depended on memory instead of automation. Booking processes that created friction instead of removing it.
