Trueform Partners, LLC ("Trueform Partners," "we," "us," or "our") builds operating systems for home service companies. When you book a free Pipeline Audit, submit a form, use our chat, contact us, or become a client, we may collect information such as:

Payment information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card information. We may retain transaction records needed for accounting, billing, tax, and customer-service purposes.

Information collected automatically

Our website and technology providers may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring source, and the date and time of activity through cookies and similar technologies.

Website chat and AI assistant

Our website chat is answered first by an automated AI assistant, not a person. It replies using information from our website and may make mistakes, so please confirm important details with us. A member of our team may review chat conversations and follow up. Chat messages and any contact details you enter are stored in our CRM and processed by our CRM and its AI service providers to generate replies. Please do not share payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in the chat.

Online audit

When you complete our Pipeline Audit, we store your answers, scores and contact details in Google Sheets (Google LLC) and in our CRM (GoHighLevel). We use them to review your business before your call and to follow up with you about our services. We do not sell your answers or share them with anyone else for their marketing.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Schedule and prepare for free Pipeline Audits
  • Prepare proposals and implementation recommendations
  • Build, test, launch, and support client systems
  • Communicate about appointments and active projects
  • Provide requested marketing, advertising, website, or digital services

  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

3. Information We Handle for Clients

When a home service company hires Trueform Partners, we may access information contained in the client's CRM, phone system, advertising accounts, forms, calendars, or other business systems.

That information may include homeowner names, telephone numbers, email addresses, property information, lead sources, appointment information, estimates, pipeline stages, and related business records.

We use client data only as reasonably necessary to perform the services the client has authorized. The client remains responsible for its own collection, use, retention, and legal compliance concerning homeowner and customer information.

4. Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you voluntarily consent to receive text messages from Trueform Partners, we may send messages consistent with the type of consent you provided.

Non-marketing messages may include Pipeline Audit confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, replies to your requests, and active service or project updates.

Marketing messages, when separately authorized, may include communications about Trueform Partners services, relevant offers, and follow-up communications.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. Service providers used solely to support message delivery may process information only as necessary to provide those services and not for their own marketing purposes.

  • CRM, forms, calendars, automation, AI chat, email, and messaging services
  • Payment processing
  • Website hosting and cloud storage

Examples may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, Google LLC (Google Sheets and Apps Script), Meta, email providers, phone carriers, and other technology vendors used to perform the services you request.
